Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mental skill. It is defined as “being able to observe events in our inner and outer world without judgment by developing our attention.” Today we have a great deal of scientific evidence of the effectiveness of this technique. Brain scans of participants in the Mindfulness Program show an increase in the density of gray matter in areas of the brain related to learning, memory, compassion, introspection and self-awareness. “Mindfulness in Business Life” enables employees and institutions to jointly create a happier, more productive, more creative and more fulfilling environment
